Stella came by and showed Corinne the finer points of the Jumperoo that us big folks hadn't mastered. Corinne has the chance to twirl, twist, push, and chew all of the features of her latest attraction.
Corinne already shows an interest in reading books as we saw during the Crumpton visit.
Pappy reinforces this with Old MacDonald. Genius that she is, she already watches and follows along as the story progresses.
Corinne feels confident that she can handle reading this one to herself. Do we detect an independent streak?
We've been trying to explain to her that her cousins, Owen and Gus, will be arriving soon to add some action to our Charleston scene. She seems as fascinated with the trees outdoors as did Cousin, "Owie."
Next week it'll be time to pull out some BIG tractors and BIG trucks and Elmo. We're anxious to see you Rutledges!

I'm as green as the Jungle Jumperoo with envy of Pappy and G.J.'s time with the girl!!! WE MISS YOU CORINNE! I'm glad she's being taken care of in the manner "to which she has become accustomed" (lavished with love and books!)
Love love love and kisses to her and happy Mom's Day in advance to Melanie! Love, Auntie A
