Schedules are frustrating, but routines are usually necessary and aid in the process of keeping daily sanity. There are times, though, as we all know, that it's necessary and relaxing to step out of the routine and just roll with it. Well, that's what we did when this weekend rolled around. Memorial weekend really marks the beginning of summer for me, so in true beach weekend fashion, we pulled out all of the usual stops.
We spent much of our time with the Bensons who traveled from Greenville with their 3 children to stay at Folly Beach. They've been making the Memorial trek for several years now. This year we got to welcome Lila, their newest addition, a mere 2 weeks younger than Sam. Corinne romped with Wesley and Max. According to Wesley, Corinne's cool "because she's fast!" With Wes it's all about speed.
